Hey! I am Max, a human who runs this blog christened Maxxesbooktopia and I’ve just finished studying A-levels. On this website, deeply embedded in the clefts and the sinuous routes of this blog, a system lies in the core of its essence: a class of categories ranging from reviewing a plethora of books to the composition of bookish fun articles.

This blog came to me as an idea when I was 15, a time where creativity was the strongest. It inaugurated due to my love for novels and literature and with that, I was and still am interested in sharing my opinions on novels which I had read in order to let others find new books to read or hidden gems in which they will come to love. I am felicitous that I had resolved to join this community as I have met so many wonderful human beings through this platform.

As this mini self-introduction is coming to an end, I would like to thank everyone who has stopped on this blog to read the articles that were being posted or hit that like/share button or just plainly leaving a nice comment. I really appreciate all of them as it always makes dark days or rather- gloomy days brighter.

  2. Thanks for liking my Fandom Quote Blog post! I see that we’re interested in similar things, and I was wondering if you had a Goodreads account, so I could be friends and connect further with you (I sound so weird, I swear) on Goodreads.

Thanks, and I hope you will stop by my blog a few more times, because it helps my self-esteem (shameless self promotion)!

  4. Thanks for checking out WordSisters! I like the premise of your blog. I just finished reading Shirley Jackson’s We Have Alway Lived in the Castle. It cuts across several of the genres you mentioned– you might like it.

I know you have a huge pile, but if you are interested in adding a book to your list…about a girl who discovers she can FLY…I would be very happy to send you a copy for your opinion. Shoot me an email at gretchen.wing@gmail if you’d like a copy of The Flying Burgowski, ok? And meanwhile, here’s the Amazon link if you want to take a peek:
